Feb 24 (Reuters) - Convatec CTEC.L on Tuesday lifted its medium-term organic revenue growth target to 6% to 8%, after reporting a 12.1% rise in annual adjusted operating profit, supported by steady demand in its chronic‑care portfolio and new product launches.
