Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified of the following transaction by a Person
Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of £0.10
pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

On 19 October 2023, Constantin Coussios, Non-Executive Director and PDMR,
purchased 4,977 Shares at an average price of £1.9953 per Share. Constantin
Coussios' resulting shareholding is now a total of 23,278 Shares.
