Non-Executive Director's Share Transfer

The Company has been notified of the following transactions in relation to
Sharon O'Keefe, Non-Executive Director of the Company, in respect of ordinary
shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares").

The Company was notified on 3 October 2025 that Ms. O'Keefe had transferred
3,200 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company as a charitable donation
by way of a gift for nil consideration to The Chicago Community Trust, a
community foundation.
