Annual Report and Accounts 2025

 

The Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025
(the "2025 Annual Report") has been published on the Company's website at
www.convatecgroup.com (http://www.convatecgroup.com) .

For those shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications,
copies of the 2025 Annual Report are due to be posted to shareholders shortly.

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1 of the UK Financial Conduct Authority
("FCA"), a copy of the 2025 Annual Report will be submitted to the FCA and
will be available for public inspection at the National Storage
