Sustainable Capital plc (the "Issuer") is pleased to announce XTCC's full
compliance with the key criteria for High Integrity Carbon Credits. The
internal methodology has been developed which combines both qualitative and
quantitative assessment of the leading classification systems for
high-integrity carbon credits which encompasses World Wildlife Fund's 7
Guidelines, ICVCM's 10 Core Carbon Principles, ICAO CORSIA and IOSCO's 21 Good
Practices.

 

The independent Review Committee has confirmed that the presentation of the
analysis and assessment of every project and registry within the XTCC
ecosystem complies with the High Integrity Carbon Credit Checklist. The
rigorous due diligence process and review is carried out quarterly; this is
the second meeting of the Review Committee which was held on 15 August 2024.
