INTENTION TO RECOMMEND NOTTINGHAM FOR OUTLINE PLANNING
 
The Conygar Investment Company PLC ("Conygar" or the "Group"), the property investment and development group, notes the announcement made by Nottingham City Council (the "Council") that it is ready to recommend the Group's mixed-use scheme in the centre of Nottingham for planning at the Council's planning committee in April 2019. The Company sees this as a positive step towards obtaining outline planning permission and will update the market on further progress in due course.
 
Robert Ware, Chief Executive of Conygar commented:
"We have been working closely with the Nottingham planning team since early 2017 to bring about the best possible scheme for Nottingham and are delighted that they intend to recommend the scheme for outline planning permission at next month's planning committee meeting."
