The Conygar Investment Company PLC ("Conygar" or "Company"), the property
investment and development group, announces that it has been notified that
Robert Ware, Chief Executive of the Company, transferred 210,500 ordinary
shares in the capital of the Company to his ISA and SIPP, the transfer being
15,000 and 195,500 to those accounts respectively. Following the transfer,
Robert Ware still holds 4,750,000 ordinary shares, representing 7.96% of the
existing issued share capital of the Company.
