that Christopher Ware, Property Director of the Company, transferred 15,000
ordinary shares in the capital of the Company to his ISA. Following the
transfer, Christopher Ware still holds 1,113,335 ordinary shares, representing
1.87% of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
