The Conygar Investment Company PLC ("Conygar" or "Company"), the property
investment and development group, announces that it has been notified that
Robert Ware, Chief Executive, has purchased 65,000 ordinary shares in the
Company on 17 December 2024 at a price of 46.75 pence per share.

 

Following this purchase, Robert Ware holds 4,921,050 ordinary shares,
representing 8.25% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
