The Conygar Investment Company PLC ("Conygar" or "Company"), the property
investment and development group, announces that it has been notified that
Nigel Hamway, Non-Executive Chairman, has purchased 120,000 ordinary shares in
the Company on 10 January 2025 at a price of 42.38 pence per share.

 

Following this purchase, Nigel Hamway holds 1,396,700 ordinary shares,
representing 2.34% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
