Haverfordwest - Completion of Sale

 

The Conygar Investment Company PLC, the property investment and development
group, announces that, further to the announcement of 20 March 2023, it has
completed the disposal of its development site at Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire
to The Welsh Ministers and POBL Homes and Communities Ltd. The completion of
the sale produces net cash proceeds of £9.55 million after sale costs.
