Investigation of Debt Capital Options

 

The Conygar Investment Company PLC (the "Company") announces that the Company
is investigating raising debt finance which may be used to provide funding for
potential investments that are being considered.

 

Such debt finance could include a zero dividend preference share, an
interest-bearing loan (listed or unlisted) or a term debt facility. Other
forms of debt finance may also be contemplated.

 

The Company may consider raising up to £25 million initially, an amount of
which could be utilised to further continue development of The Island Quarter
site in Nottingham City Centre.
