Publication of ZDP Listing Document

Further to the announcement on 2 October 2023 regarding the issue of 15
million zero dividend preference shares ("ZDP Shares"), the boards of the
Issuer and the Company announce that they have today published a Listing
Document (the "Listing Document") approved by The International Stock Exchange
Authority.

The ZDP Shares are expected to be admitted to the Official List of the
International Stock Exchange at 8.00a.m. on 4 October 2023.

A copy of the Listing Document will shortly be available for inspection on the
Company's website: www.conygar.com (http://www.conygar.com) . Capitalised
terms used and not defined in this announcement bear the meanings given to
them in the Listing Document.
