Resolution to grant planning for student accommodation

at The Island Quarter, Nottingham

The Conygar Investment Company PLC ('Conygar') has received a resolution to
grant planning permission from Nottingham City Council for the next phase of
development at The Island Quarter, Nottingham. The application comprises a
383-bed student accommodation scheme.

Christopher Ware, Managing Director of Conygar, commented:

"We are delighted that the council are supportive of our next phase of
development. Nottingham is home to two top class Universities and this scheme
will be an excellent addition to the mixed-use development we are creating at
The Island Quarter".
