CONYGAR ZDP PLC (THE "ISSUER")

 

ZDP Share Acquisition Programme Update and Completion

Further to the Company's announcement of 22 January 2026 regarding the
commencement of a Programme to acquire ZDP Shares up to a maximum aggregate
consideration of £2,500,000, the Company announces that, in response to
demand, it has increased the maximum aggregate consideration to £3,000,000
and subsequently purchased 2,457,684 ZDP Shares at a price of £1.221 per ZDP
Share, being the Accrued Capital Entitlement of each ZDP Share as at the date
of purchase. The Programme is now complete in accordance with its terms. The
purchases under the Programme were executed by Panmure Liberum Limited acting
as riskless principal.

Following the transaction, the Company holds, in aggregate, 12,457,684 ZDP
Shares.

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement have the meaning
given to them in the Company's announcement dated 22 January 2026.
