Board Changes

 

Cooks Coffee (NZX: CCC; AQSE: COOK) announces the resignation of Non-Executive
Director Paul Elliot from the Board, effective from 30(th) September 2024.

 

Keith Jackson, Executive Chairman of Cooks Coffee, commented: "On behalf of
the Board and the entire team at Cooks Coffee, I would like to sincerely thank
Paul for his efforts and dedication during his time with the Company as a
Director and as Chair of the Audit Committee for the last five years."

 

Gordon Robinson, UK based Independent Director, will assume the role of Chair
of the Audit Committee. Gordon brings a wealth of experience, continuing the
Board's commitment to maintaining high standards of corporate accountability.
