Period for nomination of directors

Cooks Coffee Company Limited (NZX: CCC, AQUIS: COOK) advises that, in line
with regulatory requirements in New Zealand, the period during which
shareholders may nominate persons to be considered to be directors of Cooks
Coffee at the next Annual Meeting opens today and closes 5.00pm on 5 September
2025.
