Result of AGM

Cooks Coffee (NZX:CCC; AQUIS:COOK) announces that that at its Annual Meeting
of Shareholders ("AGM") held on 26 September 2023, shareholders were asked to
vote on three resolutions. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was
conducted by a poll.  All three of the resolutions put to shareholders were
approved.
