Result of AGM

Cooks Coffee (NZX:CCC; AQUIS:COOK) announces that at its Annual Meeting of
Shareholders ("AGM") held on 30 September 2025, shareholders were asked to
vote on four resolutions. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was
conducted by a poll.  All of the resolutions put to shareholders were
approved.

 

The poll voting results will be made available on the Company's website later
today.
