Jan 28 (Reuters) - CR Capital Corp  CITh.V : 
 * Has entered into a non-binding letter of intent with DNI Metals Inc 
 * DNI Metals has agreed to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common 
   shares of the company 
 * Holders of co will be entitled to receive, pro rata, of 16.7 million DNI 
   shares in exchange for all issued and outstanding CR shares
