Appointment of Director

 

Cordel Group PLC (AIM: CRDL), the Artificial Intelligence platform for
transport corridor analytics, is pleased to announce the appointment of the
Company's Chief Technology Officer, Aaron Hoye to the Board as an Executive
Director, with immediate effect.

 

Aaron co-founded Cordel in 2012 with Group CEO Nick Smith. He has extensive
technology experience, of hardware and software, across a range of remote
sensor technologies, including LiDAR and photogrammetry, as well as data
fusion, data processing, machine learning, and UI design. He has a degree in
Computer Sciences and Mathematics from University of Newcastle, New South
Wales, Australia.

 

Ian Buddery, Chairman, Cordel, said: "Adding Aaron's voice to the Board will
make a valuable contribution to the complex decisions we need to make in our
technology roadmap, competitive positioning, and customer engagement."

 

The disclosures required by Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies in
