CEO  Announcement

Cordel Group PLC (AIM: CRDL), the Artificial Intelligence platform for
transport corridor analytics, announces the appointment of Mr John Davis as
Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

 

Mr Davis has been a non-executive director of the Company since 2018 and has
served as Interim CEO since 1 March 2023.

 

Ian Buddery, Chairman of the Board, said:

"We are delighted that John applied for the permanent CEO position, as part of
our search process. He was clearly the best qualified and equipped candidate,
bringing extensive executive managerial experience and deep knowledge of our
market, technology and business."

 

John Davis, CEO, said:
