Completion of Nominated Adviser Due Diligence

Cordel Group PLC (AIM: CRDL), the Artificial Intelligence platform for
transport corridor analytics, is pleased to announce that, further to the
appointment of Strand Hanson Limited ("Strand Hanson") as its Nominated
Adviser on 28 April 2022, Strand Hanson has confirmed that it has completed
its due diligence.
