New contract win Angel Trains

Cordel Group PLC (AIM: CRDL), the Artificial Intelligence platform for
transport corridor analytics, is pleased to announce another contract win
through our partnership with Angel Trains Ltd.

Cordel's Locate system will be used to accurately pinpoint track geometry data
gathered from High Speed Class 390 tilting trains, traveling at up to 125mph
in passenger service, on Network Rail's West Coast Main Line.

The project will provide a more cost-effective and frequent alternative to the
current dedicated infrastructure monitoring trains, which are supplemented by
boots-on-ballast inspections. Cordel will deliver accurately located network
information to infrastructure engineers, to enable track maintenance to be
optimised.

Angel Trains' Product Manager Infrastructure Monitoring, Brian Reynolds said,
"Effective engineering hardware and software collaboration with Cordel and the
team should deliver cohesive and streamlined solutions. Network Rail will be
able to deliver increased availability for operators and more reliable
services for passengers using Cordel's infrastructure inspection process."

Cordel CEO, John Davis said, "By capturing track geometry data from in-service
trains, Cordel  will deliver rapid, refined and relevant feedback on the
quality of the track. Cordel and our partners continuously work together to
