Purchase of Shares by Chairman

Cordel Group PLC (AIM: CRDL), the Artificial Intelligence platform for
transport corridor analytics, announces that, on 18 June 2025, Ian Buddery,
Chairman, purchased on-market 358,150 Cordel ordinary shares of £0.01 each
("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 6.9655 pence per Ordinary Share, as detailed
below:

As a result of this purchase, the aggregate holding of the Concert Party (as
described in the Company's circular dated 15 October 2019) is 76,431,625
Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 35.23% of the Company's issued
