Purchase of Shares by Director

 

Cordel Group PLC (AIM: CRDL), the Artificial Intelligence platform for
transport corridor analytics, announces that the following director, on 11
August 2022, acquired 200,000 Cordel ordinary Shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 6.98 pence per Ordinary Share:
