Purchase of Shares by Director

 

Cordel Group PLC (AIM: CRDL), the Artificial Intelligence platform for
transport corridor analytics, announces that the following director, on 30
June 2023, purchased on-market 490,000 Cordel ordinary shares of £0.01 each
("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 7 pence per Ordinary Share:

As a result of this purchase, the aggregate holding of the Concert Party (as
described in the Company's circular dated 15 October 2019) remains unchanged
at 76,073,475 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 38.13% of the
Company's issued share capital.
