Purchase of Shares by Director

 

Cordel Group PLC (AIM: CRDL), the Artificial Intelligence platform for
transport corridor analytics, announces that the following director, on 9
September 2025, acquired 290,000 Cordel ordinary Shares of £0.01 each
("Shares") at a price of 5.75 pence per Share:
