Name Change to Cordel Group plc effective

 

Maestrano, the Artificial Intelligence platform for transport corridor
analytics, is pleased to announce that, further to its announcement on 18
November 2021, the Company's change of name to Cordel Group plc (AIM:CRDL) has
now been completed and is expected to take effect on AIM from 8.00 a.m. today.

 

The Company's ticker will be CRDL and the website address (including the
investor relations content and the information required by AIM Rule 26) will
change to www.cordel.ai (http://www.cordel.ai) . The Company's ISIN
(GB00BYZQM590) and SEDOL (BYZQM59) will remain the same.

 

Shareholders will be unaffected by the change of name and existing share
certificates should be retained and remain valid. Any new share certificates
issued will bear the name Cordel Group Plc.
