Investment Manager Share Purchases 

Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Limited (the "Company"), the operationally focused specialist digital infrastructure investor managed by Cordiant Capital Inc ("Cordiant" or the "Investment Manager"), is pleased to confirm that Steven Marshall, Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Management, purchased on 9 October 2025 a total of 551,900 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 97 pence. Following this purchase, Mr Marshall owns a total of 13,817,478 ordinary shares.

As a result of Mr Marshall's purchase and recent purchases by the Directors as well as other members of the Investment Manager's team, the number of ordinary shares held by insiders is 16,609,801 representing 2.17% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
