Further to the announcement made on 13 May 2026, Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Limited (the "Company"), the largest specialist operator of and investor in digital infrastructure on the London Stock Exchange (LSE), confirms that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Investec Bank Plc, 30 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7QP on 27 July 2026 at 11:00am BST.
