Interim Dividend
Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Limited (the "Company"), an operationally
focused, specialist digital infrastructure investor, is pleased to announce an
interim dividend in respect of the six-month period to 31 March 2024 of 2.2
pence per ordinary share (the "Second Interim Dividend"). The shares will go
ex-dividend on 27 June 2024 and the Second Interim Dividend will be paid on 19
July 2024 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 28
June 2024.
