Investment Manager Share Purchases

The Company, an operationally focused specialist digital infrastructure
investor managed by Cordiant Capital Inc (the Investment Manager), is pleased
to confirm that Steven Marshall, Executive Chairman and Co-Founder
of Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Management, purchased on 26 November 2025
a total of 490,195 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 102
pence. Following this purchase, Mr Marshall owns a total of 14,307,673
ordinary shares.

The number of ordinary shares held by the Directors of the Company, the
Investment Manager and members of the Investment Manager's team  is
17,099,996, representing 2.23% of the entire issued share capital of the
Company.
