Opportunity to exercise Subscription Shares

9 February 2022

The next Subscription Date for the holders of Subscription Shares to exercise
their Subscription Shares will be on Monday, 14 February 2022. The
Subscription Price will be £1.075 per share, being the headline price
adjusted for cumulative dividends paid in respect of Ordinary Shares up to the
Subscription Date.  This is the last date for the exercise of Subscription
Shares at this Subscription Price.  Details of this Subscription Date and
future Subscription Dates are set out below.

As at the date of this announcement, there remain only 6,554,528 Subscription
Shares in issue (being 14 per cent. of those Subscription Shares issued at
launch in February 2021).  Under the terms of the Subscription Shares, if
immediately after any Subscription Date, Subscription Rights shall have been
exercised in respect of 75 per cent. or more of the Subscription Shares
originally issued, the Company shall be entitled at any time within the next
following 14 days to serve notice in writing on the holders of the
Subscription Share then outstanding of its intention to appoint a trustee for
the purposes of bringing forward the Final Subscription Date. The Subscription
Price will be that prevailing at that time.
