Notice of 2022 Annual Results and Annual General Meeting ('AGM')

 for the year ended 31 December 2021

 

Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Limited, an investor in the core digital
infrastructure that enables modern communications and the internet, announces
that it will be publishing its final results for the period ended 31 March
2022 on 24 May 2022.

An analyst meeting will be held on the day of results in person at 10.00am GMT
