Notice of 2023 Annual Results and Annual General Meeting

 

Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Limited (the "Company"), an operationally
focused investor in the core digital infrastructure that enables modern
communications and the internet, announces that it will be publishing its
results for the year ended 31 March 2023 on 22 June 2023.

 

An analyst meeting will be held on the day of the results in person at 10:00am
BST at the offices of Investec, 30 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7QN. For those
