Global Hosting Providers choose Corero DDoS Protection,

with recent customer orders over $4 million

 

Deepening of Corero's presence within the growing cloud hosting market

 

Corero Network Security plc (AIM: CNS), a leading provider of real-time,
high-performance, automatic Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) cyber defense
solutions, is pleased to announce that it has recently secured a number of
significant customer orders totalling over $4 million since the half year in
the Hosting Provider market segment.

 

These recent wins continue to build upon Corero's established expertise in
protecting customer infrastructure from DDoS attacks, using world class
technology and multi-terabit deployments. Revenues associated with these
orders will be recognised over the course of the lifetime of each of the
contracts. These recent customer orders include:

 

·    A multi-million-dollar order from a major US-based, cloud
infrastructure Hosting Provider The order is for a global deployment of the
latest SmartWall TDS solutions with supporting SecureWatch services;

 

·    An order from a major US-based managed Hosting Provider that operates
in the US and Europe.    The order is for deployment of the latest
SmartWall TDS solutions with supporting SecureWatch services; and

 

·    An expansion order, via a Corero channel partner, from a leading
Eastern US Provider.   The order is for additional deployments of the latest
SmartWall TDS solutions with associated SecureWatch services.

 

The deployment of Corero SmartWall and SecureWatch solutions provides cost
effective DDOS protection for the infrastructure of these providers and
enables them to deliver high performance, revenue generating, DDoS services to
their downstream customers.
