Results of General Meeting 
Corero Network Security plc (AIM: CNS), a leading provider of security solutions for defending against DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attacks and cyber threats, is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held earlier today, the Resolution proposed was duly passed without amendment.
Application has been made for admission to trading on AIM of the 18,253,333 Placing Shares and 11,746,667 Subscription Shares, which is expected to become effective at 8.00 a.m. tomorrow and dealings in the Placing Shares and Subscription Shares will commence immediately thereafter. Subsequent to Admission becoming effective, the Company will have 115,637,416 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury. 
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. 
Terms defined in the Company's circular of 20 November 2014 have the same meaning in this announcement.
