Director/PDMR Shareholding

Cornerstone FS plc (AIM: CSFS), a foreign exchange and payments solutions
company offering multi-currency accounts to businesses and individuals through
its proprietary technology platform, announces that James Hickman, Chief
Executive Officer, has purchased 74,649 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the
Company at a price of 13.38 pence each, on 9 November 2023. Following the
purchase, Mr Hickman holds 144,059 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the
Company  representing 0.25% of the issued share capital.

The notifications below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU
Market Abuse Regulation as it forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the
European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, provides further detail.
