The Company announces that Chris Goulden, Chief Financial Officer of Corero, has purchased 220,264 Ordinary Shares. Following this purchase, Chris Goulden has a total beneficial interest in 360,887 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 0.07% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
