Non-Executive Director Appointment

 

Coro Energy Plc, the South East Asian energy company with a natural gas and
clean energy portfolio is pleased to announce that, further to the Company's
announcement of 6 March 2023, Naheed Memon has been appointed as an
independent non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

 

 

James Parsons, Coro's Chairman, commented:

 

"I am delighted to welcome Naheed to the Board and look forward to her
contribution across the business, including our regional business
development."

 

In addition to her appointment to the board of the Company, Naheed Memon (aged
54) is or has during the last five years been a director or partner of the
