Appointment of Independent Non-Executive Director

 

Coro Energy Plc, the South East Asian energy company with a natural gas and
clean energy portfolio, is pleased to announce that Tom Richardson will join
the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

 

Tom is an experienced oil and gas professional and is currently Chairman of
Fenikso Limited.

 

Tom Richardson holds no Ordinary Shares in the Company.
