Results of General Meeting

 

Coro Energy plc, the South East Asian energy company with a natural gas and
clean energy portfolio confirms that at the General Meeting (GM) of the
Company held earlier today to approve the resolution to dispose of the
Company's Italian natural gas assets as set out in the Circular published to
shareholders on 27 March 2023 was duly passed on a show of hands.

 

The proxy votes given to the chairman prior to the meeting, which included
discretionary votes, were as follows:

 

 Resolution           For          %      Against    %     Withheld
 Ordinary Resolution  364,239,876  99.48  1,905,360  0.52  2,718,843

 

A "Vote withheld" is not a vote in law and is not counted in the calculation
of the percentage of shares voted "For" or "Against" any resolution.
