Spanish stocks - Factors to watch on Jan 30

Jan 30 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Thursday.

    BBVA  BBVA.MC  
    BBVA said on Thursday its fourth-quarter net profit rose 18%
from the same period in 2023 thanks to a solid performance in
Spain.
    
    CAIXABANK  CABK.MC  
    Caixabank said on Thursday its net profit rose 33% in the
fourth quarter from the same period in 2023 as a rise in fees
and commissions more than offset lower lending income.
    
    REPSOL  REP.MC  
    Repsol is set to invest more than 800 million euros ($832.96
million) in a planned green methanol plant in Tarragona, it said
on Wednesday, shortly after parliament voted down extending a
temporary windfall tax on large energy companies.
    
    INDRA  IDR.MC      
    Indra is working to get financing for the acquisition of
Spanish satellite operator Hispasat, Spanish newspaper Cinco
Dias reported on Thursday, citing unidentified financial
sources.
    
    AENA  AENA.MC  
    Barclays raised Aena to overweight from equal weight on
Thursday, and updated its target price to 228 euros from 195
euros.         
    
    ACCIONA  ANA.MC  
    RBC cut Acciona's target price to 125 euros from 140 euros.
    
    ACCIONA ENERGIA  ANE.MC  
    RBC cut Acciona Energia's target price to 27 euros from 28
euros.    
    
    OHLA  OHLA.MC  
    OHLA successfully completed a capital increase by convincing
minority investors to raise 150 million euros to repay
bondholders and avoid insolvency proceedings, Spanish newspaper
El Confidencial said on Thursday, citing sources close to the
transaction.
