ACCIONA ENERGIA ANE.MC 
Aciona Energia said on Friday it will sell its 64MW hydro portfolio to White Summit Capital for €66 million ($77 million).

AUDAX RENOVABLES ADXR.MC 
Audax Renovables said on Thursday it will exercise an early redemption option for its December 2027 bond and for its November 2028 green bond.

SQUIRREL MEDIA SQRL.MC 
Squirrel Media said on Thursday it issued an €11.1 million MARF bond with 4.5-year maturity.

DEOLEO OLEO.MC 
Deoleo said on Thursday it had fully subscribed and paid its 2026 bonds.

INDITEX ITX.MC
Morgan Stanley raises Inditex to overweight from equal weight.

AENA AENA.MC
JP Morgan raises Aena to neutral from underweight; raises target price to €24 from €21.

SACYR SCYR.MC
Sacyr will prioritise the U.S., Australia and Canada in order to more than double the value of its concessions portfolio to €10 billion by 2033, its management said at the company's annual general meeting on Thursday, citing limited opportunities in Spain and flagging potential dividend increases, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Friday.
