Nov 18 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Monday.

    ENDESA  ELE.MC , ACCIONA ENERGIA  ANE.MC  
    Spanish power utility Endesa has agreed to buy 626 megawatts
(MW) of hydroelectric assets from power company Acciona Energia
for 1 billion euros ($1.05 billion), Acciona Energia said on
Friday.
    
    GRIFOLS  GRLS.MC  
    Brookfield is considering an offer of 10.5 euros per share
to take over Grifols, an offer that would value the company at 7
billion euros, the Spanish newspaper el Confidencial reported on
Monday, citing unidentified sources close to the operation.
    
    TALGO  TLGO.MC  
    Steel maker Sidenor started talks with Fundacion BBK, the
main shareholder of Kutxabank, to join a bid for train maker
Talgo, according to newspaper Cinco Dias, which cites
unidentified sources close to the talks.
         
    APPLUS  APPS.MC   
    Spanish stock market regulator suspended on Friday trading
of Applus' shares due to end of acceptance period for delisting
takeover bid. 
    
    EZENTIS  EZEN.MC  
    The company said on Friday its board had appointed Francisco
Jose Elias Navarro as non-executive chairman. 
    
    ENCE  ENC.MC  
    Jefferies raised its recommendation to "buy" from "hold";
raised target price to 3.65 euros from 3.50 euros.
