CAIXABANK CABK.MC

Caixabank has approved a 500 million euro ($589.30 million)perpetual preferred shares issuance, the company said on Monday.

ORYZON ORY.MC

Australia's Patent Office has said Oryzon's patent application for a combination of its drug iadademstat for  cancer therapy has met all requirements for issuance as a patent. Once formally granted, this Australian patent will remain in force until at least 2040, not including any potential patent term extensions.

URBAS UBS.MC

Urbas has commissioned an independent report to analyse traceability of transfer of block of treasury shares and certifying their current status, the company said on Monday.

ACCIONA ANA.MC

Citigroup has cut its target price to 135 euros from 141 euros and has downgraded its recommendation to "sell" from "neutral".

ACCIONA ENERGIAS RENOVABLES ANE.MC

Citigroup has raised its target price to 22 euros from 20 euros.

ENAGAS ENAG.MC

Berenberg has cut its target price to 14 euros from 14.5 euros.
