Update on Investment and Appointment of Financial Adviser

 

Corre Energy, the leading developer of long duration energy storage (LDES),
refers to interest from multiple parties to invest in the Company, announced
to the market on 25 March 2024.

 

A process with these investors is ongoing to provide additional funding for
capital expenditure for the various projects and working capital. There is no
certainty that any investment will be made nor on the size and structure of
such an investment.

 

Corre Energy announces that it has appointed Rothschild & Co as financial
adviser to assist the Company in assessing these options.
