** Shares of agrichemical company Corteva CTVA.N down 3.1% at $72.74 premarket

** Co late on Tuesday missed Q4 net sales estimates, weighed down by lower sales volumes in its crop protection and seed business

** Posts Q4 net sales of $3.91 billion vs analysts' expectations of $4.24 billion - data compiled by LSEG

** Quarterly net sales at its seeds segment fell 2% to $1.74 billion, while that at its crop protection segment declined 1% to $2.17 billion

** In 2025, CTVA shares rose 17.7%
