Corteva raises restructuring charges, to shut Spain plant in cost-cut push June 12 (Reuters) - Corteva CTVA.N on Friday raised expected restructuring charges to up to $815 million and said it plans to shut its Asturias, Spain plant as part of a deeper crop protection network overhaul.
